Hello! My name is Sophie and I am a knitter. This website has developed out of my Instagram, @the_knit_purl_girl, which I started in late 2019 as a way of keeping myself busy and sharing my new hobby.

I learnt to knit in the early spring of 2019 and haven’t looked back, nor have I put down my needles. It really has become a way of life for me that allows me to relax, whilst also living more sustainably.
